You have 15 days to withdraw from the contract. If the work is returned to the artist in the condition in which it was sent within 15 days of receipt, the full amount will be refunded. The return postage costs remain at your expense. If the artwork is damaged in transit, you will have to contact the artist and send it back for an exchange or a refund. 

The work will arrive within 5 working days (in metropolitan France). For the rest of the world, the work will arrive in about 15 working days. The work is transported by carriers (Chronopost, UPS or Fedex).

To preserve the quality of the work, it is advised not to expose it to the sun or any source of heat. Please do not apply any chemicals to it. Clean it with a microfiber cloth. A pair of cotton gloves is supplied with the artwork to handle it without leaving any trace.
